  • RES13 ‐ Re:parent company, in order to establish the subsidiary company as a disregarded entity for U.s tax purposes, to allow it to operate as a dual-qualified charity and able to receive tax-deductible donations from U.s donors and gift aid donationg from uk residents/re:to the extent permissible by law, parent company waives the corporate veil/if the corportae veil cannot be waived, this joint resolution, meeting of requirements to constitute a contract under law, between both owen ministries inc. And owen ministries LTD, for parent company to accept joint liability for such debt and claims/re:the liablity accepted under contract law or through a waiver of the corporate veil does not extend to any members, employees, volunteers, officers or directors of the parent company shall not be waived/re: the liability accepted by the parent company shall be LIMITED to claims handled in the court of the state of maine ( of the united states) or the district court of maine except claims by the irs maybe handled in any court/
