All and whole the subjects known as and forming the affordable housing site extending to [ ] and shown coloured purple on the plan annexed and signed as relative hereto which subjects form part and portion of all and whole the subjects known as and forming midmills, crown avenue, inverness being the subjects disponed by and shown delineated and coloured pink on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the feu charter by the prudential heritable property trust limited in favour of the directors of the royal academy and governors of the inverness educational trust dated 26 november and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of inverness on 6 december all in the year 1892 under exception of the subjects described in and disponed by the disposition by margaret noble or mackintosh smith and others as trustees of elsie muriel mackintosh smith and others in favour of john macpherson dated 11 and 15 may and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of inverness on 16 may all in the year 1911.
