Present and future sums, liabilities and obligations payable or owing by an obligor to any subordinated creditor. So long as the senior liabilities are outstanding, no subordinated creditor will without the prior written consent of the security trustee: assign or puport to assign to any person the whole or any part of the subordinated liabilities.
