The benefit of the encumbrances, rights, obligations and other security garnted in favour of the security trustee under each security document and ancillary documents given to the security trustee for the benefit of the secured creditors and all notices of assignment or charge given pursuant to any of the security documents and all acknowledgements given in respect of such notices.
