Amount secured
A). the obligation of the company to deposit certain funds in the bul deposit account (as defined) pursuant to certain provisions of the sale and purchase agreement (as defined) not exceeding £1.65 million (the "deposit obligation"):and b). Any and all obligations of gthe company whether present future actual or contingent to (I) issue at par, credit as fully paid, and deliver to bul the bul further consideration loan notes (as defined), in accordance with the terms of the sale and purchase agreement, and (ii) redeem and repay the bul further consideration loan notes (the "secured obligations").
Short particulars
All the company's right title benefit and interest in and to the bul deposit account and all monies standing to the credit thereof in respect of the secured obligations, and all proceeds thereof in respect of the deposit obligation.. See the mortgage charge document for full details.
