All obligations and liabilities which the company may at any have to the chargee (whether for its own account or as trustee for the beneficiaries) or any of the other beneficiaries under or pursuant to the finance documents (as defined) (which shall include without limitation any obligations of the company to fsa which may arise from time to time by way of subrogation) and the due and punctual observance and performance of all the terms conditions and covenants on the part of the company contained in the finance documents (including without limitation the obligations of the company in respect of the bonds (as defined) and the insurance and indemnity agreement (as defined))
