Amount secured
(I) all current and/or future actual and/or contingent liabilities and obligations of project co to the chargee (the "trust") under part 4 of schedule 21 of the project agreement dated 12TH july 2000 (as defined), (ii) all current and/or future and/or contingent liabilities and obligations of project co to the trust arising under clause 48.6 of the project agreement and (iii) all costs and expenses (including legal costs) incurred by the trust in enforcing the provisions of the account charge on a full indemnity basis, together the "liabilities"
