Amount secured
The principal of and interest on all loans advances and other extensions of credit made to the borrowers under the facilities agreement (as defined) and all other due or to become due from the borrowers to the chargee; as agent and security trustee or to the banks (as defined) under the facilities agreement; and all obligations of the company to the banks and the agent under the us etl security agreement (as defined) and all present and future obligations of the company under the composite guarantee (as defined) and all present and future obligations of the company under each other agreement and instrument referred to in the facilities agreement to which the company is a party
Short particulars
The shares of all classes or common and preferred stock of any subsidiary of the company (each such subsidiary being an "issuer") at the date of the us etl security agreement or thereafter owned by the company in each case together with the certificates evidencing the same (collectively the "pledged stock").
