In favour of the chargee all monies, costs, charges, expenses, liabilities and obligations whether certain or contingent which may be or become due, owing or incurred by any obligor (as defined) to the beneficiaries (as defined) under the finance documents (as defined) (whether solely or jointly with one or more persons)
Short particulars
The guarantee and debenture contains: (1) an assignment to the security trustee as trustee for the beneficiaries of all the chargor's rights title and interest in and to all rights of the chargor under or in respect of the commercial documents; (2) a charge in favour of the security trustee as trustee for the benefit of the beneficiaries by way of first fixed charge of all of the chargor's right title and interest (if any) in and to the shares and all derivative assets on or at any time after 20 january 1999 vested in the chargor;.
