All of the sub-hiring agreements together with the full benefits and advantage of the monies payable under the sub-hiring agreements together with the benefit of all guarantees, indemnities, negotiable instruments and securities taken by the chargor in connection with the sub-hiring agreement in respect of the goods comprised therein.
