All monies due or to become due from any charging company or any other obligor to any secured party on any account whatsoever under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
Short particulars
Each obligor has agreed that the words and the fal acquisition documents and any other documents designated as assigned agreements by the relevant charging company and the security agent shall be inserted at the end of the definition of assigned agreements in the debenture.
