And constituting £46,300,000 8 l/8 per cent.secured bonds due 2037(the new bonds) supplemental to a trust deed dated 11TH march 1997(the principal trust deed) made between the issuer and the trustee and constituting and securing the £82,500,000 8 l/8 per cent.secured bonds due 2037 of the issuer(the original bonds),a first supplemental trust deed dated 24TH june 1997(the first supplemental trust deed) made between the issuer and the trustee and constituting and securing the £25,000,000 8 l/8 per cent.secured bonds due 2037 of the issuer(the june 1997 bonds) and a second supplemental trust deed dated 5TH august 1997(the second supplemental trust deed) made between the issuer and the trustee constituting and securing the £47,300,000 8 l/8 per cent.secured bonds due 2037 of the issuer(the august 1997 bonds and together with the original bonds the june 1997 bonds and the new bonds the bonds) and created by haven funding PLC for securing all monies due or to become due from the company to prudential trustee company limited as trustee for the bondholders and the couponholders(each as defined) in respect of the bonds and otherwise under the principal trust deed(as so supplemented) (including any amounts due to the trustee and any appointee under clauses 15 and/or 16(j) of the principal trust deed) and in respect of amounts payable to the other parties as set out in in clauses 2(c) and 10 of the principal trust deed
