A second supplemental trust deed dated 5TH august 1997 (the "second supplemental trust deed") constituting and securing £47,300,000 8 1/8 per cent. Secured bonds due 2037 (the "new bonds") supplemental to the principal trust deed dated 11TH march 1997 (the "principal trust deed") made between the issuer and the trustee and constituting and securing the £82,500,000 8 1/8 per cent. Secured bonds due 2037 of the issuer (the "original bonds") and the first supplemental trust deed dated 24TH june 1997 (the "first supplemental trust deed" and, together with the principal trust deed and the second supplemental trust deed, the "trust deed") made between the issuer and the trustee and constituting and securing the £25,000,000 8 1/8 per cent. Secured bonds due 2037 of the issuer (the "june 1997 bonds" and together with the original bonds and the new bonds, the "bonds") and created by haven funding PLC for securing all monies due or to become due from the company to prudential trustee company limited, as trustee for the bondholders and the couponholders (each as defined) in respect of the bonds and otherwise under the trust deed (including any amounts due to the trustee and any appointee under clauses 15 and/or 16(j) of the principal trust deed) and in respect of amounts payable to the other parties as set out in clauses 2(c) and 10 of the principal trust deed
