Amount secured
(I) all present and/or future indebtedness of the debtor (as defined) to the chargee under the grant; (ii) all other liabilities whatsoever of the debtor (as defined) to the chargee present, future, actual and/or contingent; and (iii) all costs, charges and expenses howsoever incurred by the chargee in relation to the grant and/or the charge and such indebtedness and/or liabilities on a full indemnity basis and due or payable by the debtor (as defined) pursuant to the grant or by the company and/or the debtor (as defined) under the charge and in addition interest on the foregoing day by day from demand until full discharge (whether before or after judgment) as calculated and compounded in accordance with the arts councils practice from time to time and the arts councils costs and expenses incurred (on a full indemnity basis) in connection with the enforcement of the charge (the "secured liabilities")
