Short particulars
In respect of the film the company's right title and interest in and to (a) all rights under the story and screenplay documents, the production agreement and the service agreements subject to the existing dixtribution agreements (b) all that copyright throughout the universe in the screenplay and in the film and in any other films and all sound recordings made in the course of the production of the film (c) all rights and properties acquired by the company under the production agreement or under any document executed by the production company (d) the benefit of the existing distribution agreements including the advances and all other monies payable by the existing distributors to the company thereunder.
