Short particulars
By way of first legal mortgage the real property, being the landmark and the lancaster (and all other real property now vested in the chargor) with fixtures thereon and reference to the real property shall be taken to include the whole or any part or parts thereof. By way of fixed equitable charge all its right title and interest in the property (other than the real property so far as the same is effectively charged by way of first legal mortgage); by way of first fixed charge: the goodwill and uncalled capital all plant machinery all book and other debts. By way of first floating charge the whole of the chargor's undertaking and all its property rights and assets whatsoever and wheresoever present and future..
