The rights of the parties and the operator (as defined) to the chargee in relation to payments by each party and the performance by each party of its other duties and obligations under the project agreements (as defined) and in particular,to meet its participating interest share of joint account costs and any amount due under the terms of the psc (as defined),and its unit participating share of any amounts due under the uoa (as defined) and under clause 2.5(b) of the deed,each party covenanted and agreed with each other party and the operator (as defined,the parties agree that the maximum prospective liabilities secured by the charge shall be aus$20,000,000.00 Per percentage point of participating interest held by the party charging its charged property under the deed
