The assignor as sole beneficial owner assigns and agrees to assign to the security agent absolutely (but subject to redemption in accordance with the terms of the assignment) the assigned rights together with the power for the security agent to sue to recover and give effectual discharges for the same in the name of the assignor or otherwise.
