All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee on any account whatsoever but notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary it is expressly agreed and declared that the security constituted shall be enforceable only in respect of the liabilities of the company to the chargee under the terms of a facility letter dated the 17TH day of november 1998 and as varied by a side letter dated 15.12.98 copies of which are annexed to the charge or any subsequent renewal or amendment thereof
