Short particulars
The company with full title guarantee assigns and agrees to assign unto the bank the policies including all new and substituted policies relating thereto and all moneys including bonuses accrued or which may at any time after the date of the charge accrue and which shall become payable thereunder and the benefit of all powers and remedies for enforcing the same absolutely as a continuing security to the bank for the payment or discharge by the company on demand of the secured obligations subject only to the proviso for redemption contained in clause 4 of this charge.
