The company, with full title guarantee assigned and agreed to assign absolutely to the agent all the company's right title benefit and interest in and to the charged account including without limitation the balances standing to the credit of the charged account from time to time and at any time as a continuing security in favour of the agent for the discharge on demand of the secured obligations..
