All monies due or to become due from bibby line limited ("the borrower") including but not limited to it's liability under clause 10 of the financial agreement dated 3RD november 1995 or otherwise to the banks (as defined) and to lloyds bank PLC as agent under the terms of the financial agreement and/or the security documents (as defined in the financial agreement) or in connection therewith

The right at any time without notice to set-off or transfer any amounts standing to the credit of the company alone or jointly in any account with the banks (whether current deposit or otherwise whatsoever and whether subject to or not) in any currency against the liability of the company under the indemnity agreement.
