All monies due or to become due from the borrowers to the agent or to the banks including without limitation an aggregate principal amount not exceeding the lower of (a) $45,400,000 and (b) 80% of the aggregate values of the vessels under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
Short particulars
