Pursuant to the charge csl has sole, absolute & beneficial owner thereof charged by way of fixed charge in favour of the bank all its rights & title & interest in the one hundred fully paid ordinary shares of £1 each of clc hele by csl & all other shares of clc which csl may hold at any time after the date of the charge & all interest dividends benefits. Rights & entitlements arising therefrom or attaching thereto so that the security constituted by the charge shall at all times & in all respects rank in priority to every other encumbrance created over the shares.
