Under the deed, the company has acknowledged and agreed to the terms of and consented to the transactions contemplated by the facility agreement and has agreed that the guarantees and/or security created by it pursuant to the security documents as executed by it shall remain in full force and effect and will, in addition to amounts currently supported and secured, support and secure all additional advances and obligations assumed by the obligors including without limitation, under facility D.. see the mortgage charge document for full details.
