The company assigns all of its right title benefit and interest under or arising out of or in respect of supply agreements between the company and its customers including but not limited to all claims for damages and other rights and remedies in respect of the supply agreement all monies under or arising out of the supply agreement and the full benefit of any guarantees indemnities debentures mortgages charges and other securities.
