Brief description
See clause 3.2(a) of the debenture which creates a first fixed charge over: (I) all of the company’s real property (as defined in the debenture) and all its interests in real property; (ii) all licences to enter upon or use land and the benefit of all other agreements relating to land; (iii) all of the company’s rights under any present or future contract for the purchase of any real property and any damages in respect of any such contract; and (iv) the proceeds of sale of the company’s real property (or any of it).. See clause 3.2(e) of the debenture which creates a first fixed charge over: (I) all specified intellectual property (as defined in the debenture); (ii) all other intellectual property (as defined in the debenture) owned by the company and its interest in intellectual property in its possession.
