Short particulars
The assignor with full title guarantee, as continuing security for the performance and payment of all the secured obligations, hereby assigns and agrees to assign to the assignee all of its right, title, benefit and interest whatsoever present and future in: (a) clauses 5.3 and 16 of the energy centre purchase contract; and (b) the guarantee insofar as it relates to the contractor's obligations under clauses 5.3 and 16 of the energy centre purchase contract.
