By way of first floating charge all new motor vehicles all proceeds of sale or other distribution of any motor vehicles all insurance monies receivable in respect of damage to or the destruction or loss of any of the motor vehicles, by way of first fixed charge all property and assets and all right title and interest in and the benefit including the right to receive rents hire charges or any other payments of all contracts for the hire of any of the motor vehicles, the benefit of all guarantees indemnities and securities.
