All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee on any account whatsoever under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge

All its rights interest and title in the deposit and by way of first fixed charge to the secured party to hold on trust for the benefit of the beneficiaries for the payment and discharge of all of the secured obligations in accordance with the terms of the escrow agreement.
