All moneys, obligations and liabilities due or to become due from any member of the acordis group to the chargee under or pursuant to the documents (defined therein) together, and each as it may from time to time be amended, varied, novated, supplemented or replaced, (the "secured documents") and on any account whatsoever
Short particulars
The german ip pledge transfers to the chargee with effect from 1 january 2000 all of the company's rights title and interest in and to all of the patents, trade marks, utility model rights and taste sample rights (if any) specified therein and owned by the company or any member of the acordis group or the akzo group in which the company or any member has an interest together with all claims to the registration of such intellectual property rights as far as they are in the registration process, this referring to the respective right except for all of the rights of the company pursuant to a novation agreement dated 20 december 1999. see the mortgage charge document for full details.
