All and whole (I) the subjects known as block 5 core b consisting of 12 flatted dwellinghouses and garden ground shown (a) coloured purple and named 'block 5-core b' on the plan and (b) hatched purple on the plan; (ii) the two dwellinghouses and garden ground shown coloured pink and marked 'block 1 mmr' on the plan; and (iii) the bin store shown coloured grey on the plan which subjects form part and portion of all and whole that area of ground at wester hailes, edinburgh in the county of midlothian being the subjects more particularly described in the disposition by alexander potter in favour of the department of agriculture for scotland dated 14 and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of edinburgh (now midlothian) on 21 both days july 1930.
