All and whole the subjects comprising the property known as glachbeg croft, glachbeg, allanglach wood, north kessock, inverness IV1 3XD, which subjects are shown delineated in green and tinted green and tinted green and hatched red on the plan annexed and signed as relative hereto, which subjects hereby secured comprise part and portion of all and whole that irregularly shaped piece of ground lying on the north-east side of the public road leading from north kessock to dingwall consisting of two holdings at allanglach (or allanglack) wood, tore being the subjects more particularly described in the disposition by martin edward ball and mrs sheila ball in favour of robert bull and helen jayne bull (otherwise helen bull) dated 19 december 2001 and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of ross & cromarty on 23 january 2002.
