All and whole (in the first place) a one-half pro-indiviso share in and to all and whole the property known as 94, 96 and 98 drip road, stirling, FK8 1RN, being the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number STG35571 and (in the second place) the other one-half pro-indiviso share in and to all and whole said property, being the subjects more particularly described in and disponed by disposition by antonio tomolillo and bendetto tomolillo, as trustees for the firm of messrs. S. tomolillo & sons, in favour of antonio tomolillo, benedetto tomolillo, juanita tomolillo and alva tomolillo dated 1ST and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on 8TH, both days december 1999.
