Brief description
(One) those subjects delineated by the inner edge of the blue line on sheet 3 of the plan marked as “plan 1” and annexed and executed as relative hereto (“plan 1”) which subjects are registered in the land register of scotland under title number ARG4995; and (two) the subjects delineated by the inner edge of the blue line on sheet 2 of plan 1 under exception of the publicly adopted road being the subjects shaded pink on the plan marked “plan 2” and annexed and executed as relative hereto (“plan 2”) forming part and portion of all and whole the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number ARG13108 which subjects (two) are currently undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number ARG4995; which subjects (one) and (two) shall include the minerals only insofar as the landlord has right thereto.
