Brief description
All and whole the subjects formerly known as garriock’s buildings, mid shore, scalloway in the parish of tingwall and county of zetland and scalloway meat company situated at midshore, scalloway in the county of zetland, respectively, and now known as scalloway meat company, garriock's buildings, main street, scalloway, shetland, ZE1 0TR, being the subjects shown coloured pink on the plan annexed to the standard security (the “plan”) and which subjects are (first) more particularly described in, excepted from and shown delineated and coloured red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the disposition by robert gray hunter mowat in favour of alistair frank hunter nicolson and others as trustees thereinmentioned dated 13 june and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the counties of orkney and zetland on 1 july, both months in 1994, which subjects form part and portion of all and whole the subjects more particularly described in, disponed by and shown delineated and coloured red on the plan or sketch annexed and signed as relative to the disposition the honourable james moncrieff balfour and another as trustees thereinmentioned in favour of hance smith and others as trustees thereinmentioned dated 8 and 9 september 1952 and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on 25 february 1953; (second) more particularly described in, disponed by and shown coloured red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the disposition by the honourable james moncreiff balfour and another as trustees thereinmentioned in favour of john charles johnson dated 6 and 7 and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on 22, all dates in april 1949; but the subjects (second) hereby disponed are so disponed under exception of all and whole that plot or area of ground extending to sixteen decimal or ten thousandth part of a hectare (0.0016HA) or thereby more particularly described in, disponed by and shown outlined in black and delineated and hatched red on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the disposition by brian robert watt and myself as trustees thereinmentioned in favour of alistair frank hunter nicolson and others as trustees thereinmentioned, dated 16 and 18 and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on 27, all days of october 1995;.
