All and whole that area of ground at cemetery road, rosewell in the county of midlothian, being the subjects shown shaded green on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the instrument evidencing the charge accompanying this form MR01; and which subjects form part and portion of all and whole those subjects more particularly described in and disponed by disposition by ronald kenneth watson and others with consent in favour of matthew gilmour, mrs marjorie anne stuart gilmour and william james gilmour as partners and trustees recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of midlothian on 1 february 1980; and which subjects hereby secured comprise the whole of the subjects contained within the said disposition in favour of matthew gilmour, mrs marjorie anne stuart gilmour and william james gilmour recorded as aforesaid so far as lying to the south-west of cemetery road and to the south of the former railway line.
