All and whole those subjects at mallaig which subjects form (first) all and whole those subjects at mallaig hospice, mallaig registered in the land register of scotland under title number INV20765 and (second) all and whole those subjects extending to six hundred and forty five decimal or one ten thousandth parts of an hectare or thereby metric measure more particularly described in, (second) disponed by, and shown outlined in black and shaded pink and marked “plot 4” on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the disposition by the highland council in favour of lochaber housing association limited dated the fifteenth day of february nineteen hundred and ninety nine and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of inverness on twenty second march nineteen ninety nine; which subjects (second) referred to bound the subjects (first) referred to on all boundaries excluding the south west boundary of the subjects; together with all access and other servitude rights pertaining thereto;.
