Brief description
1. by way of first fixed charge: (a) the freehold and leasehold land of the company both present and future including any land and buildings specified in section 3 of the schedule and all trade fixtures and fittings and all plant and machinery from time to time in or on any such land or buildings; (b) all existing and future rights and interests owned by the company or arising from any present or future agreements in relation to the following: (I) patents and patent applications, trademarks and trademark applications (and all goodwill associated with them); (ii) brand and trade names; (iii) copyrights and rights in the nature of copyright or registered designs, applications for registered designs and inventions; and (iv) trade secrets and know-how and all other intellectual property rights and interests whether registered or unregistered.
