The lender pledges and assigns as collateral security to the senior participant: all of the lenders right, title and interest in, to and under: each loan certificate issued or to be issued by alaska airline inc. As borrower under and pursuant to each loan agreement and any related swap transactions entered in to in accordance with each loan agreement, together with all proceeds thereof.
