Brief description
The subjects known as and forming 135 westmuir street, glasgow shown delineated in red on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to the standard security which subjects comprise (in the first place) all and whole that plot or area of ground containing twenty five poles twenty five yards and three square feet or thereby imperial standard measure more particularly described in and disponed by disposition by the trustees of mrs isabella mcdonald gunn or macfarlane in favour of the school board of the burgh of glasgow dated tenth and eleventh and recorded in the general register of sasines for the county of the barony and regality of glasgow on twelfth, both days of november eighteen hundred and eighty six and (in the second place) all and whole that plot or area of ground two thousand and eighty square yards and eight square feet or thereby imperial standard measure more particularly described in and disponed by disposition by the kirk session of the barony parish of glasgow in favour of the school board of the burgh of glasgow dated twenty seventh and twenty eighth february, sixth, tenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, nineteenth, twenty-first, twenty-second, twenty-sixth, twenty-seventh, twenty-eighth and twenty-ninth all days of march and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines for the county of the barony and regality of glasgow on fourteenth april, all months in the year eighteen hundred and seventy seven together with (one) the whole rights, common, mutual and sole effeiring thereto; (two) the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof; and (three) the whole right, title and interest (of the grantor of the standard security) therein and thereto.
