Short particulars
All new and unused cars, car derived vans and light commercial vehicles manufactured by s a automobiles citroen and/or sold by citroen U.K. limited of which the company is from time to time and for the time being the owner (including without prejudice to the foregoing any such vehicle comprised in the company's stock for the purpose of demonstration in the ordinary course of the company's business, but excluding any such vehicle in respect of which the company has paid to the chargee the full purchase price, including value added tax and car tax) and all the interest of the company (if any) from time to time and for the time being in any such vehicle of which it is not the owner, together with the benefit of all insurances effected by or on behalf of the company in respect of such vehicles hereinbefore referred to the whole of the company's right title and interest in and to a dealer agreement made between citroen U.K. limited and the company including any agreement from time to time substituted therefor providing inter alia for the supply of citroen vehicles to the company on consignment terms or on a fully paid basis (without prejudice to paragraph (ii) above), the full benefit of all moneys from time to time deposited by or for the company with citroen U.k limited in respect of the supply of citroen vehicles under the dealer agreement (subject however to any right of set off or counter claim which citroen U.K. limited may from time to time have against the company).
