Cala management limited, with full title guarantee, charges by way of first legal mortgage in favour of desiman limited, all its estate and interest in part of the freehold property known as land to the north west of bicester, oxfordshire registered at the land registry with title numbers ON339648 and ON360325.. The secured liabilities : means the liability of cala management limited to pay the deferred payments (as defined in a sale agreement dated 6TH january 2023 as varied by deeds of variation dated 20TH april 2023 and 22ND june 2023 made between cala management limited (1) and desiman limited (2) (“sale agreement”)) to desiman limited and interest (calculated at the contract rate of 3% per annum above the base rate from time to time of barclays bank PLC) on the deferred payments from the date on which payment of the relevant deferred payment is due pursuant to the sale agreement to the date of payment.
