The whole of the company's stocks of jute, bimli, mesta and hemp whether raw or in process of manufacture and all articles manufactured therefrom stores and spare parts which now or hereafter from time to time during this security shall be brought into, stored or be in or about the company's godowns or premises at telinipara, bhadreshwar, district - hoogerlyall the company's present and future book debts outstanding moneys receivable claims bill contracts engagements securities investments rights and assets (except property effectively otherwise hypothecated charged or mortgaged to the mortgagee) no mortgage charge lien or ? upon or over the charged property or part thereof may be created except in favour of the mortgagee.
