Assigns the entire copyright in the film and all elements contained therein, copyright in all underlying material, all literary property and ancillary rights, all contracts, all other rights and tangible and intangible properties, distribution rights, rights interests and benefits in the relevant agreements, revenues from book debts. Fixed charge all copies of the film and any music, all physical properties, all sums standing to the credit of any accounts, revenues from book debts, all chattels, insurances floating charge the assets comprising the collateral (film "girl with a pearl earring").
