Brief description
Debenture over all assets, undertakings, and liabilities of down county homes limited. To include a fixed charged over all that leasehold property known as 28 bryansburn road, bangor, county down, BT20 3SB being all of the lands comprised in an indenture of lease dated the 16 december 1919 and made between robert orr mcmurray of the first part, henrietta mcmurray and john boyd of the second part and patrick j kearney of the third part for the term of 900 years from the 1 november 1919 and subject to the yearly rent of £8.00 and the covenants and conditions therein contained and all that leasehold property known as 30 bryansburn road, bangor, county down, BT20 3SB being all of the lands comprised in an indenture of lease dated the 16 december 1919 and made between robert orr mcmurray of the first part, henrietta mcmurray and john boyd of the second part and john ernest kelly of the third part for the term of 900 years from the 1 november 1919 and subject to the yearly rent of £7.00 and the covenants and conditions therein contained and also all of the lands comprised in an indenture of assignment dated the 16 december 1919 and made between robert orr mcmurray of the first part, henrietta mcmurray and john boyd of the second part and john ernest kelly of the third part for the residue term of 999 years from the 1 november 1892 granted by a prior lease dated the 20 january 1893 and made between robert perceval maxwell of the one part and thomas mcmurray of the other part subject to the rent thereby reserved but indemnified against payment thereof and the covenants and conditions therein contained.
