Brief description
The assignor as beneficial owner and as a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities hereby assigns to the bank as security trustee all the assignor’s rights, title and interest in the policy and all monies that may become payable thereunder (including without limitation bonuses, profits, additions and benefits already accrued or which may accrue in the future which may become payable thereunder) and the benefit of all options and rights devolving upon the assignor arising therefrom..
