Short particulars
The chargor as legal and beneficial owner as a continuing security for the performance, discharge and payment of the secured obligations thereby charged unto the chargee the charged property provided that the chargor shall keep the chargee fully and effectually indemnified from and against all actions, losses, claims, proceedings, costs, demands and liabilities which may be suffered by the chargee by reason of the failure of the chargor to perform any of its obligations pursuant to the agreement.
