All monies chattel mortgage. The equipment descibed in schedule 2 of the chattel mortgage being a gallus em 280 printing machine comprising in-feed section, printing section, processing section, drive section and out-feed section together with additions and accessory thereto all of which are more particularly detailed in the six page machine layout annexed to the chattel mortgage (copy of which is annexed hereto), which said printing machine was acquired by the company from gallus ferd. Ruesch ag pursuant to sale contract number KV1230030028 together with any part or parts thereof and all additions, alterations, accessories, replacements and renewals of components parts thereof and all technical records and log books thereof,.
