All monies.mortgage the hereditaments and premises comprised in the lease dated 15TH day of january 1969 and made between (1) manor of drapers charity and (2) herbert cyril martin and anna isobel cherry martin for the term of 999 years subject to the yearly rent of #5 and therein described as:- "all that plot of ground situate at station road in the town and townland of moneymore, barony of loughinsholin and county of londonderry measuring in front to station road aforesaid one hundred and forty three feet and in rear one hundred and twenty five and extending from front to rear on the north and south side respectively one hundred and thirty five feet bounded in front by station road aforesaid in the rear by other lands of the lessor on the north by a water course bounding the right of way to mr chamber's lands, and on the south by other lands of the lessor leased to robert rankin and catherine ellen rankin which said plot of land is more particularly delineated on the map thereof hereon endorsed and thereon edged red" save and except: see doc 18 for further details.
